Robert J. McDonald | President

With over 30 years in the automotive industry, Robert (Bob) McDonald has held positions at the OEM and retail level, including being the Fixed Operations Manager and General Manager of a large dealer group. Bob founded SCI after seeing the need for technology solutions and experienced dealer consulting services that could help implement measurable process changes in automotive dealerships, manufacturers and distributors. His varied background supports his ability to understand the unique needs of both manufacturers and dealers, and to then creatively blend those needs into one effective solution.

William Shank | Vice President

As the co-founder of SCI, William (Bill) Shank provides decades of automotive dealership consulting, service advisor training and project management experience. He has worked with some of the top manufacturers, distributors and auto dealers throughout North and South America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia and the Pacific Rim. Prior to SCI, Bill established a successful 20-year career in the retail automotive industry, managing everything from single departments to multiple dealerships, gaining valuable management experience in new and used car sales, fixed operations, service, parts and body shops.

Greg Marks | Director, Operations and OE Programs

With over 30 years of automotive experience Greg delivers extensive insight into Fixed Operations, Network Development, and Industry Relations. Greg built successful programs at BMW of North America as Regional Aftersales Manager, Department Head of Warranty, Aftersales Business Development & Marketing, Center Development & Industry Relations.  On the retail side, Greg was Fixed Operations Director at BMW of Manhattan.  Greg comes to SCI from AutoNation where he was their Director, Strategic Accounts and focused on developing relationships with large wholesale parts customers and managing AutoNation’s wholesale field staff.  Greg brings a unique perspective to SCI that is key to helping our customers achieve their goals.

Charles King | Director, Technology & Customer Success

Charles brings more than 15 years of project design and implementation experience to SCI. His most recent role was as CTO of ChemicalInfo, a SaaS company serving the chemical industry. Prior to that he was at SoftLayer, an IBM Company, where he used his background in web projects, and analytics, to design and implement optimal user experiences.

Patrick Delaney | Research & Development Director

Patrick (Pat) Delaney has gained over 18 years experience in providing automotive technology services, including the design and development of dealership software, performance tracking and customized solutions for dealers and manufacturers. He has managed multiple major training and development projects for both ADP Dealer Services and SCI. In addition, he brings seven years dealership consulting experience as a quality control specialist and dispatcher.

Randy Profeta | National Training Manager

Randy Profeta has worked in the automotive and collision repair industry for over thirty years. A highly active participant in the industry, Randy is currently the Collision Repair Committee chairperson for the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), and served on the Board of Directors for the National Auto Body Council. He has also held positions on the ASE Board of Governors and the Collision Repair Technical Committee for Skills USA (VICA) and holds ASE certifications as a Master Auto Body and Paint Technician, Collision Estimator and Automotive Mechanical Technician.
