Software Sales/Inside Sales Representative

Overview

SCI is 100% non-brick and mortar Company – that’s right you work from home! We sell an Analytical Reporting Tool/CRM (subscription based) used in Car Dealerships nationally who sell wholesale parts. We are the leader in our industry with thousands of leads ready to be closed! What is truly amazing are the hundreds of very happy customers! We need to expand our sales team with the right person, who has the skills, motivation and drive to be successful.

Responsibilities 

  • Perform lead processing, opportunity qualification, sales promotion and related customer follow ups.
  • Perform against quotas and sales forecasts, execute operating plans and ensure sales objectives are met each month.
  • Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of SCI through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on sales metrics to measure performance of sales activities.
  • Consistently make between 40-60 outbound sales calls per day
  • Demonstrate SCI software to prospective customers using online presentation software (WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful selling as an inside sales representative.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems: Salesforce.com knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work productively from home, but also in a team-based selling environment
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated work environment with computer, mobile phone and high speed internet access

Additional Skills

  • Associates Degree (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • One to three (1-3) years of inside sales management or supervisory experience in the software industry preferred; telephone and internet based sales experience required.
